Dear Time Disposal Customers,
This letter is
very important to you and all of us at Time Disposal in 2011 /2012. We really do appreciate you taking a minute to
take a look at our plan to prevent price increases and our plan to hang on to you as a valued customer this year.

434 977-3339 As we all know, everything is effected by rising fuel costs and the cost of just about everything
needed to run a trash service business, tires and fuel prices are going through the roof. Many of our competitors took,
what we feel was a peculiar approach towards fighting tough economic conditions. We get calls daily that prove this.
Some of our competitors are raising the price of service to their current customers and sending out information with lower
rates to get new customers. We are proud of the fact that in 2008, 2009 and 2010 we held our ground and did not raise
our prices to our customers nor did we charge one single fuel surcharge. You should also be aware of competitors matching
the price but leaving the door open with add ons, fuel surcharges and administrative fees; fees you will not see from
Time Disposal.
Competitors may tell you that the rate is $26.00 and their fuel surcharge
fee this quarter is .75 cent. Next week or next quarter it could be $1.25. In 2008, we saw 50% increases in our fuel costs
and now we qare fighting that again in 2011 gas prices far exceed budget projections every month. Time disposal
will set a fair price you can count on without you taking the risk of a surcharge. It is impossible to run a
truck, pay for the labor to pick up goods for recycling, pay someone to take the recycle material, provide a container for
you to keep the recycle product until it is picked up and truly recycle at no cost. If it sounds to good to be true it
probably is. Count on Time Disposal for the truth about recycling... even if it isn't what you want to hear. We
will do the best we can. Do what is right, and believe in the long run that is the way to keep customers.
Our number one priority is to take care of the customers we have. Even during
these economic times we are blessed to have many loyal customers and we promise to do everything possible to keep your cost
of service as low as possible and fair. Our current customers helped make Time Disposal successful. Growth and new customers
in the areas we already serve helped us avoid price increases. Meeting our new customer goals through current customer
referrals helped us avoid price increases in 2008, 2009 and again in 2010. However, we can only avoid a price increase in
2011 by dramatically increasing our number of customers and for that we need your help. Group,
HOA and whole neighborhood pricing. Our base rate is $26,00 per residential customer for once a week curbside pick up but
if we can service your whole neighborhood we can do it for less. Encourage your HOA or neighborhood to check into using Time
Disposal exclusivly and save money.
Looking at things from a positive approach, we have a bunch of great customers like you that we already
service. We pick up your trash, pay the landfill to dump that trash, pay our gas bill and manpower to get the job done every
week; and in most cases, our customers pay us on time. We are looking into a cost saving e billing process and other ways
to save. If we don't have your email address send it to gene@timedisposalinc.com and he will add it to your customer information.
To fight against price increases to our current customers we need your help with two things: Firstly,
you can help us increase the number of customers we service in your area by referring your friends and neighbors to us.
We want this referral effort to benefit you! If you don't see a Time Disposal container next door, you should. If the people
next door, or down the street move, when new people move in; please refer them to Time Disposal. When they call and
say you told them to call Time Disposal, we will give you a $10.00 credit on your bill. Earn a $10.00 credit for
each (new) signed Time Disposal customer you convince to call us. We have made that process easier than ever before: Now new
customers can sign up on-line and there is a place to add the name of the person that referred them to us or download our
print version found on the home page.
The second
thing you can do to help us prevent price increases is simply pay the bill on time. This process is also easier than ever
before. Now you can pay your bill at our web site www.timedisposalinc.com. We do incur fees for every transaction made on-line and the process requires administrative time. Thus, we
do add a $3.00 convenience fee for every transaction made on-line. This payment process is a choice and not an additional
fee we want anyone to incur for the service we provide: Our preferred payment method for now is for you to mail in your bill
coupon. We just wanted you to have the on-line payment option for your convenience.
Taking the positive approach is the way to get through these times: Taking care of the customers we have first; offering a
$10.00 credit to you our current customers to help us grow; and asking every customer to pay on time. Additionally, we have
purchased two brand new fuel efficient, Eco-friendly service vehicles. We feel, with your help, we can beat these challenging
times. If landfill prices increase and fuel prices go up again, we may be forced to increase our prices. But for now, we feel
this plan is better for all of us. More customers, paying on time in the areas we already service; that is how we will beat
rising costs. Check our web site for more information. Trash

This is how it works. Next door or down the street
you notice your friend or neighbor does not have a TIME DISPOSAL trash cart. You are happy with your price and service with
Time Disposal. So you bring up that fact to your friend or neighbor or just print out a new customer coupon offering
them one months service free and hand it to them. Mention, that if for any reason, they ever decide to change to Time
Disposal they should tell Time Disposal you told them about us or just fill in your name and account number on the
new customer coupon. Example: Account # 12566 Refered by Gene Ware. and we will give account #12566 a $10.00 Credit.
Sounds easy and it is.
